my philosophy.
i believe in our bodies innate ability to heal. we just need to give our bodies what they need to do so. not only that, but i believe that women were created to thrive throughout pregnancy, postpartum & motherhood. these can be life giving experiences, full of vitality rather than being depleting.
i believe that living a life of vitality can be simple and enjoyable. i approach wellness from a whole body perspective, with an understanding that each aspect of ourselves (mind, body & spirit) are deeply connected to the other. our bodies thrive when our metabolism is supported and our lives are aligned with the cyclical nature of the earth - this looks like embracing the gift of sunlight, hydrating with minerals, consuming nutrient dense ancestral foods, open movement & living in community. vitality is a coming back to the way we were designed to live, learning how to re-connect with ourselves and the free gifts that nature provides to us.
